Delivery Times
We strive to get orders out within 2 working days when the order was placed. Very large quantities may require additional time.
Sometimes, however, it may take up to 3 - 4 working days to get your orders shipped out to you. We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, provided you have given us a valid email address.

For orders from Overseas:
UPS Courier Service
Pos Air Pacel
International orders will be shipped by UPS / Pos Air Pacel. You will receive email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Shipments can be tracked via www.ups.com / www.pos.com.my
Shipping Charges (For Malaysia Buyer)
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The handling charges are free. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to enter you shipping information. After this has been entered, you will see a page showing the total amount payment for your purchase item & shipping rates.
Shipping Charges (For International Buyer)
International Buyer are not entitle for FREE DELIVERY offer. Item to be shipped out internationaly will be charge based on the weight and location to be shipped to via UPS Courier Service. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping Disclaimers:
Aysia.com.my is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
We offer UPS, Pos Air Pacel & Airpak. We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet your requirement.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
All customs duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. Please check with the destination country's customs services.
Due to import prohibitions, we may not be able to ship to your specific country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any product to any country that may require any type of license. Please check with the destination's local authorities to determine if an import license is needed before ordering from us.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by purchaser, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs:
If your package (order) is seized at your local customs office, no refund will be given.
If your package (order) is returned back to us from customs, we will refund you the product cost, excluding shipping charge.
