The insole is the interior bottom of a shoe, which sits directly beneath the foot under the foot bed (also known as sock liner). Insoles are usually made of cellulosic paper board or synthetic non woven insole board while Ideahom insole is made by using elastic and durable silicon materials. Many shoes have removable and replaceable foot beds, changing or replacing current shoe insole is possible.
Ideahom insole assures comfort (to control the shape, moisture, or smell of the shoe) or health reasons (to help out deal with defects within the natural shape of the foot or positioning of the foot during standing or walking). Basically, this is a major part of shoes which can absorb foot impact and provide cushion while walking or long time standing. Ventilation holes on the shoe insole provide breath ability and prevent over sweating, and the same time reducing foot smell.
Ideahom Independent Cylinder Air Cushion Insole is a removable insole which accomplish any of a number of purposes, including daily wear comfort, foot and joint pain relief from arthritis, overuse, injuries, and other causes, orthopedic correction, smell reduction, athletic performance, or even increasing the wearer's height or correcting for discrepancies in leg length.
Ideahom Air Cushion insole also comes with arch supports design which helps reducing Plantar Fasciitis (arch pain), our insole arch support design prevent Plantar Fascia from over stretch and cause inflammation.

1. Q: How does Ideahom Shoe Insole help us?
A: The shoe insole does lots for us such as foot massage function, absorbs moisture & provides breath ability, absorb the impact while standing, walking or running to help support & stabilize your arch and heel.
2. Q: Can I wear them all day long?
A: Yes, at first, you may only want to wear them a few hours and gradually work up to all day. Soon, you will want them in all your shoes. A person who active in sports, growing youth, for those who need to stand for long period, always walk, need to carry heavy equipment & who work long hours of physical labour.
3. Q: Does it come in prepare sizes?
A: Basically it doesn’t. You have to measure the sizes according shoe sample paper that we provided.
4. Q: How do I know the measurement is correctly?
A: We do have shoe sample paper for customers to measure their feet according to their own size. Place your current shoe insole or your feet on this measurement shoe sample paper and align your ankle to correct position. Then do a rough cut on the measurement paper according to the size that has been measured. Place the rough cut measurement paper into your shoe & check out the edge need to be trimmed into actual size. After the measurement is done, take out your new shoe insole accordingly; place the new shoe insole into your shoe.
5. Q: What does Ideahom Shoe Insole feel like?
A: The insoles might feel “weird” the first time you wear them in your shoes. If they didn't feel different, then they wouldn't be different from ordinary insoles. The feeling has been described as "like walking on a waterbed." A mini-massage all day long on your feet!

鞋墊由110個以上矽膠氣墊組成，採獨立筒設計透氣度佳不怕異味產生。
柔軟的矽膠材質，有效吸收行走時腳掌及腳跟所產生的壓迫與身體產生的重量。
自行裁剪設計，皮鞋、高跟鞋、娃娃鞋、帆布鞋、休閒鞋、馬靴，各種鞋款都適用。
想按摩腳底時可將凸面朝上放置室內地板鞋使用，獨立筒採不同高低設計均衡按摩各個部位。
使用方式
將舊鞋墊取出，放置獨立筒氣墊健康鞋墊上方，由後跟往前對齊，即可進行裁剪，使用時矽膠氣墊面朝下放入鞋內。無舊鞋墊可使用產品內附的腳形尺寸卡，測定需要的尺寸，再將尺寸卡貼合鞋墊(由後跟往前對齊)，即可進行裁剪，使用時矽膠氣墊面朝下放入鞋內。因氣墊本身有厚度故建議，本身鞋子穿起來較合腳，可將鞋墊裁剪小一點；若本身鞋子穿起來有一點點寬鬆，則可裁剪剛好之尺寸。
若擔心裁剪不合，建議可先少量裁剪，再修剪至最合適的尺寸。
